Cancellation

We accept order cancellations **before the order is shipped or processed**. If cancelled successfully, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped from our warehouse. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original condition and packaging within **30 days** of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be in new, resellable condition with no signs of use, damage, or modification.

- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt) is required. 

Please do not return items to the address listed on our website without first contacting our customer service team for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary by payment provider.

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

1. Check your bank account or payment method statement again.

2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as there may be delays in posting the refund.

3. If the issue persists, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number and return details.
